Introducing
PE6-G: Fitness Class for Girls
A New Private Fitness Class for Six Year Old Girls
First Three Class Sessions - FREE!*
Most of our children simply do not get enough exercise, pandemic or not. The importance of physical activity on a child's physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development cannot be overstated.
FitYouth is a program developed by personal trainer - James Camastra, MS PES CSCS and Youth Fitness Specialist - for children and youth, ages 5 to 17, in the Metropolitan New York City area. The program’s goal is to make it easy for children/youth to get more exercise and physical activity in a way that is simple, fun, and productive.
FitYouth exercises are based on traditional movement: running, jumping, skipping, pushing, pulling, balance, etc.
Starting September 22nd, FitYouth will be piloting a new class for 5-7 year old females, PE6-G. During this two week pilot your daughter can join up to three classes for free.*

What if a class is full?
-
There will be a wait list for each class. Once a class reaches capacity, other interested registrants will receive an email about the opening. Based on consistent demand, new classes will be generated.
-
-
What if it rains?
-
If there is a greater than 30% chance of rain for the hour prior to, of, or immediately after the class, the class will be cancelled. Under the bleachers is a clean, covered area that will work for these occasional instances when it rains. Your instructor will check the weather 12 - 18 hours prior to class time and notify participants if cancelling class.

What happens when the weather starts getting colder?

We are working to secure an indoor location in the coming weeks and will keep you posted.
